The feeding accessories are sold in a set only, with the neck cloth and the over the shoulder cloth. Neck cloths and over the shoulder cloths are a super soft lightweight minky type fabric on the top and a cotton terry on the bottom. The top is fuzzy and arrives with the fibers flattened, the fibers fluff up in the first wash
